Taking the role of a crossbow wielding bounty hunter named Stranger, you'll battle through the Oddworld equivalent of the old west, taking bounties and doing your best to live up to your moniker.
You'll be assisted on this quest by your compliment of live ammo, little critters that you hunt throughout the game to use as your main weapon's ammunition. Load bolamites to disable your prey with an entrapping net. The stunkz emit truly foul odor that leaves an opponent retching and vomiting on the ground.
Once disabled, you can collect your opponent alive for a nice wad of moolah, or you can kill them and then capture them. Less moolah, but more satisfying to you vigilante types. If you need to take on an opponent in hand to hand, you have an extremely basic fist fighting mechanic to do it with.
Fortunately, you can switch from first person to third person view mode, and while third person view mode can be a pain, you can run with all four of your limbs, making you exceptionally fast. Any chance to accelerate through any boring travel parts of a game is all right in my book. For my money, though, I'll take to the first person mode anytime. But those game require heavy system to play. In this game your enemy is very powerful. So player needs to plan his missions. Player can also use many kind of weapons to kill the enemy.
